Organiser terms
Version 2026-10
These terms apply when you sell tickets with Missionly Events. They're written to be read — please do.
You're the seller
Tickets are sold by you, under your name. Buyers pay into your own Stripe or SumUp account. You're responsible for the event happening as described, for refunds under the refund policy you set, and for any taxes on your sales.
Fees
Free events cost nothing. For paid tickets, buyers pay a booking fee per ticket, shown in the price they see. We invoice you for the booking fees each month. When a ticket is refunded, its booking fee goes back to the buyer and off your invoice. Your payment provider charges its own fees.
Your attendees' details
You're in charge of your attendees' personal information; we look after it for you to run your ticketing, under our data processing terms. Use it for your events, and for messages people have agreed to receive.
What can't be listed
Nothing illegal, misleading, hateful or dangerous, and nothing you aren't entitled to sell. We check a new organiser's first paid event before it goes on sale, usually within a business day.
When we step in
If an event breaks these terms or is reported to us, we can take it out of the directory or stop its sales, and we'll tell you why. Tickets already sold still work at check-in.
Your account
Keep your sign-in safe: an authenticator app is required. You can close your account at any time; we keep records only as long as the law requires.
Changes
We'll tell you about changes to these terms before they apply.
